Thank you for choosing Bubble, a product developed and operated by FEDYK sp. z o. o. ("we", "us", or "our"), located at St. Marsz. Jozefa Pilsudskiego 74/320, 50-020 Wroclaw, Poland.

By using this product, you accept our privacy policy and agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
• send spam or abuse other users through the Service;
• upload or publish content you do not have the right to use;
• interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Service; or
• attempt to bypass access controls, billing controls, or usage limits.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

Citizens of EU countries and the United Kingdom must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, website, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and related intellectual property rights, is owned by FEDYK sp. z o. o. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, messages, or materials you submit to or transmit through the Service ("User Content").

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display User Content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and to comply with legal obligations.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a refund may be necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund Window: A refund request must be submitted within the most recent subscription cycle.
• Payment Cancellation: Refunds are available for payments canceled during the most recent subscription cycle.
• Inactive Usage: Refunds only apply if the Service was not actively used during this period.

Note: For the purpose of this policy, "active usage" means using core Slack Bubble features during the relevant subscription cycle, including account access or activity involving workspaces, connected websites, chats, or related operational records. Active usage will be determined based on system logs and stored records.

Refund Process

• How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact support with your account details, invoice number, and reason for requesting the refund.
• Review Period: Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 5-10 business days of receiving your request.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in cases where:

• the Service was actively used during the subscription period;
• refund requests are made outside the most recent subscription cycle; or
• the payment was part of a promotional or discounted plan.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and we will notify active customers of significant updates.
