We follow these principles when collecting and processing data:
We process personal data where it is necessary to:
When you create or use an account, we may process information such as your name, email address, session identifiers, IP address, and browser or device information needed for login, authentication, and account security.
To provide the Service, we may process information associated with your use of Slack Bubble, including Slack Team identifiers, Slack user information, website configuration, visitor metadata, conversation records, integration settings, and operational logs.
Slack Bubble does not store message text in the application database. Message text is transmitted to Slack so it can be delivered to the configured Slack channel or thread, and replies may be fetched from Slack for display in the website widget. Slack Bubble may store message, chat, user, team, channel, and thread identifiers needed to connect the website widget with the Slack workspace.
Some Slack and website widget data may be received by the Service but not used as a product feature. For example, chat identifiers, user identifiers, message identifiers, and related request metadata may be temporarily stored or processed to authenticate requests, troubleshoot errors, detect abuse, maintain security, and operate the Service. We do not use this data for tracking, advertising, or unrelated product features.
If you use payment features, we process payment-related metadata such as provider, payment method, amount, status, timestamps, and refund status. Full payment card numbers and card security codes are not stored in the Slack Bubble application database.
We use only essential cookies and similar mechanisms necessary to maintain sessions, protect the Service, and support core application functionality.
We do not use cookies for advertising and do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
When you access the Service, we may collect technical log data such as the date and time of access, requested URL, IP address, browser and device information, and diagnostics needed to detect errors, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.
